Melissa LaFrain, a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in the life sciences industry, currently serves as Director of Global Transparency Reporting at AstraZeneca. She has a strong background in operational compliance oversight, including audit, monitoring, and policy implementation. Melissa has successfully established global transparency processes, streamlined disclosure reporting, and led high-performing teams. Her previous roles include positions at Wright Medical Technology, Horne LLP, and BDO Seidman LLP. She is actively involved in the compliance community and holds a degree from Christian Brothers University.
