The Italian Sunshine Law was enacted in June 26, 2022, its full enforceability is expected soon. The Legislation for the UK Sunshine Law was proposed on September 4, 2023.

Edoardo Lazzarini has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in Italy with Merck, Takeda, Zimmer, and GSK (Haleon).
Most recently he oversaw the implementation of business ethics & compliance programs for GSK (Haleon). Edoardo was awarded the “Leadership in the Advancement of Ethics” award; he was Vice Chair of the Compliance Network in MedTech Europe and a member of “B20 Integrity & Compliance Taskforce”. Edoardo is deeply familiar with Farma Industria, and additionally, he teaches at a graduate college, speaks at compliance conferences, and regularly writes on compliance, anti-corruption, and the Italian Sunshine Act.
Sylvia Asghar, Attorney (UK)

Sylvia has several years of experience in the English and Welsh judicial systems.
Sylvia has worked for UK Ministry of Justice and also in private legal practice. She is also the chief editor of LegalEZ a global Compliance Transparency Newsletter, and an expert on global pharmaceutical drug and device transparency laws.
Sue Egan

Sue Egan (UK) has over 30 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Ethics & Compliance Industry globally including with GSK and AstraZeneca. She is currently a Board Member of the Ethics International Society of Healthcare.
Sue has worked as European Compliance Officer for GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), overseeing 44 countries in and around Europe. She later served as International VP for AstraZeneca, responsible for global compliance operations, covering most of the world.
As a founding member of the organizing committee of the International Pharmaceutical Compliance Congress and Best Practices Forum conferences, Sue is highly regarded for her expertise. She is recognized as a distinguished speaker and presenter of case studies at conferences across the USA, Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
