Managing HCP engagements today often means managing chaos.

Companies struggle with a complex network of vendors, tools, and procedures — FMV calculators, sanction screening platforms, matching invoices to contracts, tracking activities, CRMs, Contract management and internal spreadsheets, each operating in isolation.

Chaos? On-boarding delays, missed commitments, pressure to approve without proper vetting – cutting corners, assuming risk. The more processes or people involved, the higher the risk.

In this session, we’ll share our observations of HCP engagement challenges: blind spots, and what we’ve learned from those observations.

A seamless all encompassing HCP engagement system sounds fantastic, until you suffer the sticker shock! organizations struggle to secure or justify the budget needed to onboard a monolithic end-to-end HCP engagement solution. These solutions are expensive to purchase and slow and tedious to deploy.

Is there a middle ground for midsize biotechnology manufacturers? Deployed in weeks not years. Budgeted in thousands and not hundreds of thousands.

Join our speakers as they share pragmatic approaches to tackling this ongoing challenge.
